It’s that time of year where we all put down the cookies and pick up the salad bowl so I’m sharing my list of Healthy Recipes for 2024 to get you started off on the right foot. I’ve added recipes from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even a dessert or 2. Yep, dessert can be healthy too. If you have a favorite that you’ve made, let me know in the comments. Happy Eating!

It’s hard to believe it’s 2024! Just typing that feels strange, but I am really excited for this year. I have so many great things on the horizon, including making deliciousness for YOU with a focus on fast, easy, and of course, delish recipes. I really got out of my cadence during the holidays so I could spend quality time with my family and friends, but I’m ready to fire up the stove and get cooking again. I hope you were able to disconnect as well and enjoy the holiday season with those you love.
2024 is the year I am focusing on my health. For the past few years I have not been that good to my body and I have already started to make serious changes including daily movement of walking or weight lifting, more protein, drinking way more water, and limiting alcohol. Truly, nothing is as fun as waking up feeling good – not even that tasty sipping bourbon I love so much.
I’m excited to share new recipes with you. If you have requests or suggestions, I am all ears. Leave a comment below and I’ll add it to my list (which is brimming with ideas).
