  2. Baking in mason jar rings is a great idea. I certainly have a million of those hanging around! The meringue looks beautiful as well.

  4. Really beautiful! And love the idea of the lids – I’m there! And I have a fabulous recipe from Claudia Roden for a chutney-type sauce that blends pumpkin and apricot and was just thinking of making it. Now I’m thinking pie! Gorgeous!
