Pumpkin Pie Spice is an easy blend to make yourself to have for the holiday baking season. It’s not only great for pumpkin pie, but also for coffee drinks, and savory stews.
I can see my friend Jenni over at Pastry Chef Online rolling her eyes right now. She mentioned on Facebook that she was a little over the Pumpkin Pie spice this or thats, but I couldn’t help myself but to post this quick recipe for you. I keep a jar on hand for making a quick Pumpkin Spiced Latte or for a sprinkling into Applesauce Pancakes and of course adding to good ole Pumpkin Pie. Make some today and spice up your favorites with some cinnamony goodness.

I really love this recipe and hope you will too!
Simple yet effective way to enjoy the flavors of fall year-round. I always get a hankering for that flavor mid-year 😉
I’m the same way. Middle summer equals a serious eggnog or PSL craving. lol.
I needed this, I thought Id bought pumpkin pie spice on my last trip to the US but alas, well now I will make my own!
I dont make a ton of pies … but the idea of being able to capture the fall flavors any time of the year is awesome. Love your way of thinking!
Thanks Matt. It’s too easy to make it up at home. Thanks for commenting!
