Boozy Fresh Peach & Yogurt Popsicles are a super easy adult sweet treat. Just a few ingredients and a splash of coconut vodka is all it takes to make these delicious popsicles. You can omit the vodka if you want kid-friendly or non-alcoholic popsicles. But if you’re not adverse to the vodka – you’ll be pleasantly surprised how tasty these are.
Baby it’s HOT outside. It’s mid September and our typical temps would be in the 70’s. Today it’s 95 and it’s been over 2 weeks straight of over 90. Totally not the norm for the Inland Northwest portion of Washington. One way to keep cool when it’s this hot is to eat something icy cold….or make friends with the select few who have pools. Since I’m fresh out of those resources, I decided to whip up a quick batch of popsicles. Adult Popsicles, to be exact.
How to make fresh peach popsicles
Just a few ingredients is all that’s necessary to make a frozen sweet t
Start off with 4 simple ingredients. Chobani Peach Yogurt, some Fresh Peaches, Honey (local if possible) and a small bottle of Pearl Coconut flavored vodka.
To the blender add 2 of the peaches diced up.
Pour in 2 tablespoons of honey
Half of the Pearl Coconut – or all of it if you’re feeling extra BOOZY. Adding all of the vodka will result in the fresh peach mixture not freezing completely. Problem? No not really, you’ll just need to eat it faster.
Drop a few pieces of fresh peach into your popsicle maker of choice and then layer the puree with the Chobani and freeze until solid. I used a Zoku Quick Pop Maker with decent success. It was my first go with it, so I think I may try to fill it differently in the future. Unmold your popsicles and devour!
