Boozy Fresh Peach & Yogurt Popsicles

A little coconut vodka, fresh peaches and peach yogurt equals the best Fresh Peach & Yogurt Popsicles ever!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches skinned and diced
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Pearl Coconut Vodka
  • 1 small container of Chobani Peach Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • Add 2 of the peaches, honey and vodka to a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Using a popsicle maker of your choice, add a few pieces of fresh peach to each and layer with the puree and yogurt.  Freeze according to manufacturer's suggestions.  Unmold and enjoy.
