Ingredients you’ll need
- White sweet potatoes
- Orange Yams
- Olive oil
- Garlic cloves
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Fresh thyme
- Salt and black pepper
How to make Thyme Roast Sweet Potatoes
Preheat oven to 450º F. Lightly spray baking dish with cooking spray.
Add all ingredients to a 9×13 baking dish. Toss together. Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork tender.
Thyme Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes - peeled & diced
- 2 medium yams - peeled & diced
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves - coarsely chopped
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 4-6 sprigs of fresh thyme - leaves only
- salt and pepper - to taste
