S’mores Martini is the perfect cocktail if you want to impress! Just a few ingredients like a graham cracker rim, decadent chocolate martini, and a toasted marshmallow float.
Why You’ll Love this Recipe
There’s something wonderful about a highly decorated martini in your hand. This recipe for S’mores Martini is just that. Chocolate drizzles, graham cracker rim, creamy marshmallow vodka martini, and a toasted marshmallow on top.
Toasting the marshmallows in a hot frying pan is genius! Use a kitchen torch if you have one or even better quickly toast one over an open fire before dropping it into this gorgeous cocktail.
Ingredients You’ll Need
- Chocolate Syrup: Hershey’s syrup works great for drizzling around the rim.
- Graham Crackers: regular graham crackers and ground to rim the martini glass.
- Large Marshmallows: float a marshmallow in the martini and use a small kitchen torch to toast it.
- Marshmallow Vodka: many different vodka companies make marshmallow flavored vodka. Use regular vodka if you’re not able to find it.
- Adult Chocolate Milk : this is optional. Use 1/4 cup of milk as a substitute
- Heavy cream: to add that extra creamy dreaminess.
How to Make this Martini Recipe
Step 1: Prep the Martini Glasses
- Put 3 tablespoons of the chocolate syrup on a small plate. Place the crushed graham crackers on another small plate. Dip the rims of two martini glasses in the chocolate syrup, then dip the rims into the graham cracker crumbs. Quickly turn the martini glasses right side up and drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup in a spiral design on the insides of the glasses. Put the glasses in the freezer for 1 hour to let the chocolate harden.
Step 2: Toast the Marshmallows
- Remove the glasses from the freezer. Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Put each marshmallow on the end of a skewer. Place the skewers in the skillet with a flat side of the marshmallows facing down, until the marshmallows turn golden, about 45 seconds. Remove the skewered marshmallows from the pan and, using the tines of a fork, push 1 marshmallow into each martini glass.
Step 3: Shake
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, half of the marshmallow vodka, half of the Adult Chocolate Milk, and half of the cream. Shake well and strain the mixture into one of the glasses. Repeat for the second drink. Top with toasted marshmallow and serve.
