  1. Really good. I added some Ras El Hanout (Moroccan spice blend). It gave it a smoky flavor. Also roasted whole garlic in with the squash.
    It was very yummy! Thank you for the inspiration!5 stars

  2. This was just fantastic! And the first time I had ever had butternut squash?? Never knew what to do with it. My husband is not the biggest squash fan and he loved it too! Thank you for such a wonderful recipe which I will make again and again.
