Grilled Nashville Hot Chicken Skewers

These grilled Nashville hot chicken skewers deliver bold heat with balance. Boneless skinless chicken thighs stay juicy on the grill. Nashville hot spices bring cayenne driven heat. Honey adds a touch of sweetness to round it out. Serve them hot off the grill with crisp pickles for contrast and bite.

Nashville Hot Chicken Spice Blend

Instructions

  • Slice the chicken into uniform cubes or slices and thread onto metal skewers. NOTE: if using bamboo or wood skewers, soak for 20-30 minutes in water so they don't catch fire.
  • Preheat grill pan over high heat.
  • Season the chicken with Nashville Hot seasoning.
  • Brush the grill pan with oil or use cooking spray and add the chicken skewers. Grill, flipping occasionally, until cooked through and center is no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Brush with honey and serve immediately with a side of pickles.
