Fresh peaches
Shallots, red onion or sweet onions
โJalapeรฑo pepper
Garlic cloves
Cilantro
Lime juice
Salt, to taste
How to Make
Peel and chop peaches into small pieces and add to a medium bowl. Add minced shallot, minced fresh jalapeรฑos, minced garlic cloves, fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice, and season to taste with salt. Toss to combine. Salsa can be served right away or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight to add depth of flavor.
