This easy recipe for No Knead Cheese-Studded Dinner Rolls is so quick to come together and they disappear even faster.
A few weeks ago I received an email from Linda from Red Star Yeast. She was inviting me to be part of a promotion for a brand new revolutionary yeast called Red Star Platinum. You really need to try this yeast. It’s a no-brainer when it comes to getting delicious and professional results. And if you’re intimidated by bread, well this recipe will change your mind. It’s quick, it’s easy and you don’t need to slave over the floured board for 10 minutes. There’s “no knead” to fret over this recipe. I know, I know, I couldn’t help myself. No Knead Cheese Studded Dinner Rolls
An easy no knead recipe for dinner rolls that are quick and tasty.

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 package Red Star Platinum Yeast
1/3 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm water (no hotter than 110 degrees F)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter, melted (for the tops)
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor (or a bowl) add the flour, yeast, Parmesan, garlic powder, sugar and salt and pulse to combine. In a small glass measure, add the warm water and olive oil and with the food processor running add the water mixture. Continue to run the machine until the dough comes together into a ball. Flour a board and turn the dough out onto the board. Pat into a ball and cover with a medium glass bowl. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
- Spray a round baking dish or pie plate with cooking spray. Divide the dough into 8 equal sized balls and place into the prepared baking dish. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and allow to rest for another 30 minutes in a draft free area.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Remove the towel and bake the rolls for 20 minutes. Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
