Instructions
Dampen the rim of a martini glass with water, press into crushed graham crackers, set aside.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
Pour in
2 parts
Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice liqueur
,
1 part
hazelnut liqueur
, and
1 part
heavy cream
.
Shake until the mixture feels cold.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Add whipped cream and finish with a light dusting of ground nutmeg.
Notes
Subs and Variations
Use regular Kahlua if you want less pumpkin spice.
Swap hazelnut liqueur with almond liqueur for a lighter nut flavor.
Replace heavy cream with half and half for a thinner drink.
Use gingersnap crumbs instead of graham crackers for stronger spice.
Add a splash of vanilla vodka for a stronger cocktail.
