  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Butter a loaf pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl add ALL ingredients. Using a wooden spoon, beat to just combine. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes and then remove from the loaf pan and cool on a rack.
