  • Mix together the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  • In a large bowl add the chicken thighs and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Give it a good toss and place the thighs on a baking sheet
  • Broil the chicken for 8 minutes then turn over and broil for another 8 minutes. Flip the chicken back over and drizzle each piece with honey. Broil for another 2-3 minutes and flip over for another 2-3 minutes. Make sure you watch as the sugars in the honey will burn quick.
