Date and Cherry Energy Bites

Quick Date and Cherry Energy Bites are great to have in the fridge when you just need a little pick me up.  This recipe is super easy to make and they are incredibly tasty.

  • To a food processor add all of the ingredients. Pulse to combine. The mixture will be sticky. Using damp hands, roll into 8 equal sized balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for 1 hour or more.
  • Add 1/8 cup cocoa powder to a shallow dish and roll each of the bites to coat. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator, up to 2 weeks.
