In a medium bowl add the groundchicken, bluecheesecrumbles, pankobreadcrumbs, hotsauce, egg, choppedgreenonions (if using), celeryseed, garlicpowder, onionpowder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix to combine.
Form the chickenpatties by dividing into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. If the mixture is sticky, dampen your hands with water or oil.
Outdoor Grill or Stovetop Instructions
Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates to prevent sticking. Grill the patties 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
Stovetop: Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook burgers for 5-6 minutes per side, flipping once, until golden and cooked through.
Toast your buns, then layer on the buffalo chicken burger, more hot sauce or bleu cheese dressing, and your favorite toppings. Serve immediately.

Tips for Storing
Refrigerate cooked patties in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until warmed through.
Freeze raw patties between sheets of parchment paper in a zip-top bag for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking.
Meal prep ahead. Cooked patties reheat well and are great chopped into wraps, salads, or grain bowls throughout the week.
Keep sauces separate. If storing assembled burgers, keep condiments like ranch or hot sauce on the side so the buns do not get soggy.
