  1. Authentic Mexican is the only Rick Bayless cookbook I haven’t read. His food is phenomenal!!! Completely changed my perception and preparation of Mexican food!

  2. My favorite Cookbook is Gourmet Meals in Crappy Little Kitchens by Jennifer Schaertl. It’s by one of my best friends and it focuses on Gourmet Cooking in less than ideal kitchens!

  3. I love the Flavor Bible, and an older Shaker cookbook with a killer recipe for Chicken Pot Pie.

  4. Simply Organic, a cookbook for sustainable, seasonal, and local ingredients.
For a change from the norm, this book has wonderful recipes for all the seasons.

  5. When I have time I enjoy preparing dishes from Julia’s cookbook and use Joy as a reference. I like the simplicity of Ina Garten, but my go to is a magazine Cuisine at Home. The recipes have never failed.

  6. This is so wonderfully awesome! I have Joy, used to have Betty’s (and miss it) and love so many of the others but don’t have them. My favorite right now is a The Bread Book by LInda Collister. Not afraid of carbs in my house.

    1. Forgot to add that the Betty Crocker Picture Cookbook is my all time favorite. It saved me when I was a new cook/bride in 1964!

  7. So many good cookbooks! Right now my favorite is The Smitten Kitchen cookbook…but I would love to check out some of the ones you listed!

  8. Oh, goodness, it would be a DREAM to win this collection of cookbooks! Just moved back home to the US after having a tiny Euro kitchen and it would be lovely to get reacquainted with my oven with these go-tos!

  9. I would love to have any/all of those cookbooks! Possibly the one I would most like to have-and don’t-is “Authentic Mexican” by Rick Bayless. I love to watch is cooking show and think that cookbook would be awesome to have!

  10. Right now my favorite cookbook I have is the Pioneer Woman’s 2nd one. I love the 1st and 2nd such great recipes!

  11. My favorite cookbook is Cooking Up a Storm. It’s a fantastic collection of New Orleans style recipes from the Times Picayune after Katrina.

  12. My go to cookbook for healthy recipes has been “The New American Diet” by Sandra and William Connor. Published in 1986 but never out of style!

  13. Love reading Julia’s cookbooks, but I use Better Homes for quick references the most often. I would love America’s Test Kitchen cookbook!
