Baked Salmon in Parmesan Cream




Yield 2-3 Servings

This recipe for Baked Salmon in Parmesan Cream comes together in less than 30 minutes and is so decadent and totally keto!



  1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
  2. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.  Place the salmon fillets in the dish and sprinkle with Greek seasoning.  Set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan add the butter, garlic, cream and parmesan. Heat over medium heat until the cheese melts and the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from the heat and pour into the baking dish.  
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking (I like mine slightly pink in the center which is about the 15 min mark). Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil and serve.
