Over on the Spiceologist blog we compiled over 30 (really 40) recipes using the amazing spice: cardamom. It’s versatile in that it can be used for sweet & savory dishes. I love cardamom in baked goods and use it to infuse simple syrup for my summer iced tea. It’s also an interesting room air freshener, although with it being one of the most expensive spices per pound, you may want to stick to your regular room spray.
