Greek Yogurt with Banana Nut Granola & Thyme-Infused Maple Syrup- Winner Announced

Yield: Makes 1 serving.

Greek Yogurt with Banana Nut Granola & Thyme-Infused Maple Syrup- Winner Announced

Ingredients

  • 1 4 oz container greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Banana Nut Paleo People Granola
  • 1-2 teaspoons Thyme Infused Maple Syrup (recipe follows)
  • Thyme-Infused Maple Syrup:
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, such as Coombs
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 5 peppercorns

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan add maple syrup, thyme, water and peppercorns.  Bring to a low bowl over medium heat.  Turn down to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.  Strain syrup into a serving pitcher or mason jar.  Can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
  2. In a serving bowl, add the yogurt, granola and drizzle the infused syrup over.  Serve.
