Ingredients
- 1 4 oz container greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Banana Nut Paleo People Granola
- 1-2 teaspoons Thyme Infused Maple Syrup (recipe follows)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, such as Coombs
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons water
- 5 peppercorns
Thyme-Infused Maple Syrup:
Instructions
- In a small saucepan add maple syrup, thyme, water and peppercorns. Bring to a low bowl over medium heat. Turn down to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain syrup into a serving pitcher or mason jar. Can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
- In a serving bowl, add the yogurt, granola and drizzle the infused syrup over. Serve.
