Hi Andrea – Due to my agreement with Emeril and his book publisher, I was only able to share 3 recipes from the book (Muffuletta, Egg Salad & Sopressata Calzone). All others that I made could only be a “review” with no recipe. With over 20 bloggers required to make 7 dishes, that could be 140 potential recipes from the book making it unnecessary for the consumer to purchase the book.
