Kitchen Play: Leap into February with Jarlsberg Dip

The sweet folks at Kitchen Play and Jarlsberg Cheese asked me to be a part of their new promotion: “29 Ways to Leap Into Jarlsberg Dip”.  I love cheese, especially Jarlsberg, so it was a no-brainer.  We were asked to use the dip any way we wanted so I thought it might be fun to use it to crust chicken breast.  The family consensus – 4 thumbs up!  It’s easy to kick up a boring piece of chicken by adding a little bit of Jarlsberg love.

The Jarlsberg Original Cheese Dip is brand spankin new on the market and they are offering up a giveaway on their Facebook page.  You should check it out here.

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 tablespoons Jarlsberg Original Cheese Dip

Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2 Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.  Arrange the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Spread 1 tablespoon of Jarlsberg Dip over each chicken breast  and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is done.  If the cheese is started to brown too quickly, tent the dish with aluminum foil.
